The store sells products to adult individuals. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to the delivery terms in force at the time.

The payment service is Checkout, through which the payment options are invoice, installment payment, card payment, online banking payments and mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Transfer. Order and payment confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will immediately email you an order confirmation showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. Delivery methods and costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. In the shopping cart, we present an estimate of future delivery costs according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the exact delivery costs after selecting the desired payment and delivery methods for the order. The delivery methods used depend on the contents and total weight of the Shopping Cart. From the delivery methods used at the checkout, you can choose the option that suits you best, in connection with which the exact delivery cost is presented.
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method.
Stock items are usually shipped within 72 hours on weekdays, delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose and the supplier. If delivery is delayed, the matter will be notified by e-mail. Products are sold directly from stock, unless otherwise stated in the product information. We reserve the right to sell out, human balance errors and price errors. If there is any discrepancy with the products you have ordered, we will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible.
Order Delivery Product and Pre-Order Product
The delivery time for custom delivery products and pre-order products is specified in the product information. The order is always binding and the order cannot be canceled, however, the ordered product can be exchanged for another product or an open gift card.
Custom-made products are handcrafted for the customer and their delivery time is specified in the product information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.
We comply with the terms of Chapter 6 (June 13, 2014) of the Consumer Protection Act. Unused products have a 14-day return policy, excluding custom-made products and Intimate products (earrings, underwear, etc.).
Returns are free of charge when the total amount of the order after return is more than 100 euros. Otherwise, we will deduct a refund fee of € 9.90 (January 2, 2018) from the amount to be returned. The return cost is per order.
Switching to another size or product is possible subject to availability. This must be agreed separately by e-mail.
For packages not picked up, we charge a double return fee of € 19.80 per order.
Duty of care
The product has the right to be inspected in peace at home and the customer has the obligation to take care of the product, the product must not be used when inspecting it. The returned product must always be unused, clean, unwashed and like new. Return the products primarily in their original packaging. We check the condition of the returned products before refunding the price of the product.
Textiles are subject to a 100% write-down if the price tag has been removed from the product, the product is stained, broken or if the product has been washed before return. Products returned in violation of the instructions will not be refunded and will not be returned to the customer. If the returned product has been used in violation of the customer's duty of care, the customer will be charged 100% discount on the price of the product, delivery costs and return costs.
To ensure the hygiene of products, an opened hygiene product cannot be returned (Consumer Protection Act: Chapter 6, Section 16). Hygiene and intimate products include, for example, epilators, razors, hair trimmers, hair care and hairdressers, electric toothbrushes and oral hygiene devices, fever and blood pressure monitors.

Our stock products have a 14-day right of return upon receipt of the order.
Order Delivery Product and Pre-Order Product
Order products ordered separately for this purpose have a 14-day right of exchange, but no right of return. The exchange can be made for another product or an open gift card. Thank you for your understanding!
Custom-made products are handcrafted for the customer and their delivery time is specified in the product information. Custom-made products do not have a right of return (Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act). Products ordered and manufactured to our own dimensions cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exceptional products specified in the Consumer Protection Act do not have the right of exchange or return, like intimate products (underwear, earrings, etc.)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment of receipt of the order.
In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous manner (for example, by letter, post or email). You can also use our printable return form, but it is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you cancel this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for the additional cost of choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest one we offer), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving notice of cancellation. We will make the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case at no cost to you.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you return the goods before the end of that 14-day period.
You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods as a result of any treatment other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Non-redemption is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the delivery cost.
This is how you restore
The delivery always comes with a RETURN FORM, which makes returning easy. Please be careful what you return! If you want to return the product as a complaint or an exchange has been agreed by e-mail, please put a small tag in the return package, for example, with a mention of the special situation that it will not go unnoticed.
1. Make sure your product is returnable.
2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging or equivalent. We are not responsible for poorly packaged returns.
3. Fill in the return form that came with the delivery and attach it to the return. By asking Posti for proof of customer return so that we can clarify the matter in case of loss.
4. Leave the return as a CUSTOMER RETURN to the nearest post office. You do not have to pay a refund in the mail, you can indicate our contract number 658580 or Tmi Lavem.
We will process your refund quickly and automatically refund your transaction through the Checkout payment service.
Debit card, credit cards, online payment: the amount will be returned to the card / account.
Invoice or Installment: The amount will be credited to your invoice. You will receive a new invoice and due date from Checkout.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the defect within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the Right of Cancellation and Return Policy or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately make a complaint to the shipping company of your choice.
